Registration

SPAWC 2021 will be a fully-virtual conference, with all the technical talks on-demand (pre-recorded), while tutorials/keynotes/SPAWC talks will be live-streamed.

Note that:

    • An author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the Virtual Author Rate . For authors with multiple papers, one registration is valid for up to 4 papers;
    • Your IEEE membership must be entered in EDAS (EDAS – Edit Profile – Add Society Membership), in order to gain access to the reduced rates;
    • Unpaid registration are NOT valid, and do not bring any benefit.

Registrations include

Full attendance to the On-demand and Virtual scientific program (i.e. during and after the conference access to all on-demand contents such as abstracts, video registered sessions. On-demand contents will be available until December 31st, 2021).

VAT policy

Non Italian subscribers:

    • If the invoice header is a business entity (Company, University, Reasearch Center etc.) Italian VAT will not be charged
    • If the invoice header is not a business entity (private subject that operates independently)  Italian VAT will be charged

Cancellation policy

    • Cancellation received before July 21, 2021: 100% refund
    • Cancellation received from July 21, 2021: no refund
